Choose a ready-made version of each automatic message
Every automatic email and notification comes in three versions — Classic, Editorial and Bold — that keep their products, codes and links.
Steps
- Open the message: for example Reviews → Emails & notifications → Review request.
- Open Ready-made versions above the email and look at Classic, Editorial and Bold with your own brand.
- Click one, then Use this version. It replaces the words of the email, the app notification and the web notification together.
- Change anything you like, then click Save. Nothing changes for customers until you save.
Going back
Click Use Vikalp Omni’s design to go back to the Classic version at any time.
