Terms of service
These terms apply when you install or use Vikalp Omni ("we") on your Shopify store. By installing it you agree to them. Questions: support@vikalpomni.com.
The service
Vikalp Omni is a Shopify app with these modules: Omni Marketing, Omni App, Omni Inbox, Omni Dock, Omni Pass, Reviews, Wishlist and Referrals, and their website widgets. Features depend on your plan, as described on our pricing page and in the app.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed by Shopify through your Shopify account. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; charges stop at the end of the current billing period, and Shopify handles refunds under its own policies. Usage beyond a plan’s limits is paused until the next period or an upgrade, never charged without your approval.
Your responsibilities
- Use the apps lawfully, including consumer protection, marketing consent and privacy laws where you sell.
- Only message customers who agreed to hear from you; honour unsubscribes (we do this for you automatically).
- Keep loyalty programme terms, rewards and expiry rules clear to your customers. You are responsible for the rewards and store credit you offer.
- For mobile apps, hold your own developer accounts and comply with Google’s and Apple’s store policies.
Data
We process store and customer data only to provide the features you use, as described in our privacy policy and our data processing terms, which are part of these terms. You own your data. We delete it after you uninstall, when Shopify asks us to.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the apps available and fast, but can’t promise they’ll never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; if a change removes something you pay for, we’ll tell you in advance.
Liability
The apps are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending
You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or Shopify’s Partner Program rules.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting rights you have under the consumer laws of your own country.
