Make every email look like your store, without a designer
Set colours, fonts, buttons and your logo once, and every campaign and automatic email follows — including how it looks in Gmail, Outlook and dark mode.
One brand style for everything
When your welcome email, your sale and your review request all look like your website, people recognise you in a busy inbox. Set your logo, brand colour, fonts and buttons once, and let every email follow.
Fonts in email
Apple Mail shows web fonts such as Playfair or Montserrat. Gmail and Outlook show only standard fonts, so choose a fallback that is close: a serif for a serif brand, a clean sans-serif for a modern one. Your email will look right everywhere, just slightly simpler in some inboxes.
Colour that adapts
Light tints of your brand colour make calm backgrounds for offers and points. Text on a brand-coloured panel needs to be readable: dark text on a light brand colour, white on a dark one.
Dark mode
Many people read email in dark mode, where inboxes change colours on their own. Logos with a transparent background and dark lettering can disappear — use a version with a light outline or a solid background, and check your email in a dark preview before sending.
